トを　読み始めます。

メールなら、日本語か　英語か、どちらも　いいです。　でも、日本語なら、み 
なーさんの　アドバイスが　くれられます。　だから、日本語の　ほうが　いい 
と　思います。

Dear Suikan-san,

Thank you for your email.  I shall start by reading the documents you 
recommend.
If it's email, both English and Japanese are fine.  However, if it's in 
Japanese, then I can receive everyone's advice.  So, perhaps, Japanese 
is better.
